In order to become a client of AID Atlanta, an intake must be completed. An individual may walk in or call the main office at (404) 870-7700 to speak with an on-call case manager. The individual will be scheduled for a comprehensive evaluation with a case manager.

At the time of intake, the following documents are required to qualify for services:

  • Proof of medical status
  • Proof of income
  • Proof of residency
  • Photo identification

After completion of intake, the client has the option to be assigned to a case manager or utilize services on an as needed basis. Anyone who is HIV positive can apply to receive varying types of support offered through AID Atlanta.
